    Paleo-Friendly Burger Recipes for the Health-Conscious Eaters

    The following are three recipes for burgers that adhere to the paleo diet and are great for those who are concerned about their health:

    • Sweet Potato Turkey Burgers:
    • 1 lb ground turkey
    • 1 large sweet potato, peeled and grated
    • 1/4 cup almond flour
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp paprika

    Instructions:

    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, grated sweet potato, almond flour, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
    2. Divide mixture into four portions and form into burger patties.
    3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the burgers on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

    Instructions:
