Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie fight in court four years after their divorce. Pitt's recent court filing calls his ex "vindictive," reports Page Six.
Pitt's lawsuit over their French winery prompted the blast. Pitt claims Jolie broke a vow not to sell their $30 million property without his consent.
According to CBS News, Pitt discovered in 2021 that Jolie had sold her portion to a Russian tycoon.
The docs claim that Jolie sold to Yuri Shefler instead of Pitt because of their bitter custody fight.
Her decision to terminate negotiations with Pitt was intentional and pretextual,” the LA Superior Court petition states.
“As will be shown at trial, Jolie’s actions were unlawful, severely and intentionally damaging Pitt and unjustly enriching herself.”
Pitt claims Jolie sold to Shefler knowing his ties to Putin would hurt the firm. People reported that the pair bought Chateau Miraval,
a winery and residence, after married there in 2014.From Newser: Brad Pitt Calls Angelina Jolie 'Vindictive' in Court Papers
