Celtics Player Wants Trade After Game 7 Loss

following falling behind 0-3 in the Eastern Conference Finals, the Boston Celtics were bound to alter following the season.

After a couple more games, the result was the same, and one player supposedly wants out.

Celtics guard Payton Pritchard hopes to be dealt this summer, per The Athletic via NBACentral. Pritchard's results were career-lows this season as his involvement with the squad decreased.

Pritchard played 71 regular season games and all 24 Celtics postseason games last year, providing good but unspectacular bench production.

The former Oregon first-round pick has started nine of 185 games and averaging 6.6 points in 15.7 minutes since 2020.

The Celtics were rumored to fire coaches or trade players after the Eastern Conference Finals.

Despite reaching the Conference Finals twice and the NBA Finals last season, everything has been on the table.

Will Payton Pritchard be traded? Will more Boston stars be moved or released?
