The exciting news was announced by both powerhouses in identical posts. Dolly wished Miley a happy birthday and said she "can't wait to celebrate with [her] and ring in the new year!!"
Dolly looked stunning in a sequin long sleeve dress with matching heels, while Miley kept things simple in a bodycon black dress and heels.
Miley Cyrus was raised in a musical family as the daughter of country musician Billy Ray Cyrus.
After travelling with Billy Ray and meeting Miley for the first time, Dolly realized she wanted to be a part of her fairy goddaughter's life.
Since then, the two have appeared together as Hannah Montana, combining their tremendous vocals for spectacular performances.
