Fans console Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively after 'enormous loss'

Ryan Reynolds paid tribute to one of "the bravest and kindest" persons he's ever met after his tragic death at 45. 

Jay Fear, a Wrexham fan, died of appendix cancer in January. Deadpool, 46, is mourning. Before Wrexham's promotion to the Football League for the first time in 15 years, Bucket List Wishes arranged a meeting between Ryan and Jay. 

Ryan posted a message of condolence on Instagram Stories with photographs of him, Jay, and his family. Jay Fear, RIP. Ryan posted a shot of him with his arm around Jay, "One of the bravest, kindest, and most generous people I've ever met."

He captioned the same photographs on his grid: "So grateful to have spent time with Jay Fear." It was scarce. He willingly shared that time with others, something I'll never forget. This man lived. "Love, respect, and condolences to Deb, Jess, and Sam."

At Wrexham's Racecourse Stadium in April, Ryan with Jay (C) and his family. In April, Jay met his "idol" Deadpool and received a glove.

. Jay died before he could visit the third movie's set, but Ryan arranged for him to do so.
