Gardner Minshew of the Colts Willing to Stand by Anthony Richardson

The Indianapolis Colts have started their summer workouts, bringing together new players and seasoned veterans in preparation for organized team activities and training camp.

On Wednesday, the new quarterback for the Colts, Gardner Minshew, met with the press to discuss the quarterback competition and Anthony Richardson.

Minshew received a $3.5 million one-year contract to play quarterback for the Colts. It's unclear whether they were looking for a starting or bridge quarterback, or a backup for Anthony Richardson.
