Jeff Greene made $800 million betting against the housing bubble. He warned US property. 

Jeff Greene, a billionaire in real estate, has issued a warning about commercial real estate.

He claimed that if a recession occurred and some white-collar employment were lost to AI, offices would be severely impacted.

By foreseeing and betting against the mid-2000s housing bubble, Greene made nearly $800 million.

A real estate magnate who made a killing by shorting the housing bubble ,

in the middle of the 2000s is preparing for yet another severe downfall.

In a Friday Fox Business interview, Jeff Greene stated: "The entire real estate industry is about to enter a very frightening time." 

He predicted that many companies and individuals would struggle to get finance as banks stopped making loans, 

causing them to fall behind on their rent and mortgage payments.
