Jon Gruden is reportedly returning to the NFL with the NFC South club.

It's Jon Gruden once more. Following a major scandal during his career with the NFL, it was legitimate to wonder if Gruden would ever return.

the Raiders, which led to his dismissal. That question has been answered when he supposedly accepted a limited job with the New Orleans Saints.

According to, Gruden has been working with the Saints and their new quarterback Derek Carr.

Gruden, a longtime offensive coordinator, is familiar with Carr from his tenure with the Raiders. All week, he has been contributing in the direction of the team's offensive starting stages.

The Saints are hopeful that Carr would help an offense that struggled to move the ball last season.

There is no shortage of weapons in New Orleans, which is headlined by veteran Michael Thomas and second-year receiver Chris Olave, among others.

The NFC South division is simple to win. Tampa Bay will regress this season. The quarterback situation in Atlanta is incredibly perilous.

Carolina, on the other hand, is relying on a rookie. If the Saints play even reasonably well, they may be able to win the division.

Carr is hoping to disprove many naysayers, while Gruden is most likely wanting to demonstrate his continued significance in this league.
