Kevin Costner divorce drama: 'Yellowstone' actor says separated wife won't leave.

Kevin Costner's estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, is refusing to move out of their home despite their prenuptial agreement.

The prenup stipulated that Christine had 30 days to vacate the home once she filed for divorce, but she hasn't complied.

Kevin's legal team, led by Laura Wasser, wants the court to enforce the terms of the prenup.

Kevin has already paid Christine $1 million after she filed for divorce, and he has offered to give her $200,000 towards a new home

Christine has withdrawn $95,000 from Kevin's bank account or charged it to his credit card for lawyer and accountant fees without prior notice.

Kevin included specific housing plans in the prenup because he experienced being without a home after his first divorce.

Kevin and Christine have agreed, in concept, to share custody of their three children, and Kevin pays 100% of the children's expenses.

Kevin is currently working on his film "Horizon" and will be returning to California soon.
