Kroy Biermann: Kim Zolciak's "gambling" "destroyed" family

Kim Zolciak's gaming, according to Kroy Biermann, has "financially devastated" the family.

In fresh court documents acquired by Page Six, the former NFL player asks that the former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star undergo psychological testing due to the "compulsions" she has displayed.

In the paperwork, he alleges that Zolciak has been "spending significant time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance," and "this compulsion has financially devastated the parties."

Furthermore, he claimed that "[Kim's] time is so consumed with online gambling" that she is unable to properly care for their four young children, Kaia and Kane, 9, who are twins and Kroy, 11, and Kash, 10.

According to the filings, Biermann, 37, wants the Bravolebrity evaluated for mental health conditions like depression, narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar illness, and more.

Biermann included scanned copies of bank statements and checks that purportedly showed hundreds of dollars in withdrawals as apparent evidence of Zolciak's claimed gambling addiction.

Our request for a statement was not immediately answered by Zolciak's representatives or attorneys.

The former Atlanta Falcon moved for a psychological assessment after the "Don't Be Tardy" actress asked for a drug test on her separated husband.
