Mike Trout Wonders Why Angels Can't Compete with Top MLB Teams

The dangerous Houston Astros, the defending champs and one of the best teams in baseball,

present a difficult challenge for the Los Angeles Angels as they complete their seven-game road trip.

The Angels, on the other hand, put a lot of work into strengthening their roster throughout the offseason.

Their on-field performance, meanwhile, has fallen short of those hopes.

and the Halos have not done themselves any favors by playing poorly against the best clubs they have yet to face.

Their star player, Mike Trout, has become disgruntled by the team's failure to win big games as a result.
