Miranda Lambert is now in the midst of her Velvet Rodeo engagement in Las Vegas, and she has been forced to take a vacation.
The "Mama's Broken Heart" singer claimed that she is being treated by a doctor and has been placed on vocal rest, forcing her to cancel her March 30 gig.
Miranda acknowledged her disappointment and indicated her desire to return to the stage soon.Miranda tweeted a personal update to her followers,
as well as details on how ticket holders may get a refund. "Hey y'all," she wrote. I've been under a doctor's care all day to see if things improved,
but I've been put on voice rest, and our event tonight has been canceled. I sincerely apologize to those fans who made plans to spend their Thursday night with us.
I'm working hard to improve for the shows on Saturday and Sunday. See you all shortly, and thank you for your patience. Fans wrote notes of encouragement and well wishes for her recovery.
