Odell Beckham Jr. won't be prosecuted for allegedly punching a woman in a Los Angeles nightclub.
The unnamed woman was allegedly approached by the NFL wideout last month, who then tentatively grabbed her throat.
The nightclub Delilah's surveillance video "contradicts the complaining witness' account of events," according to the prosecution, according to TMZ.
"The video does not capture any battery," they added.The accuser's claims were not supported by any witnesses,
according to the prosecution, including a friend who was standing next to her but who ostensibly missed the incident.
In the end, officials came to the conclusion that there was "insufficient evidence to prove case beyond a reasonable doubt."
