The German beauty captioned her latest photo: "Fall in love with the process of becoming the very best version of yourself."
Later, she said, "Feeling a lot better today and did light gym work."

Australian magazine Busted Coverage named Alica the "world's sexiest athlete" in 2017. Alica told SunSport she disliked the label.
"This title doesn't matter," she said. It's based on someone else's appearance judgment. I think beauty is inside!"
Alica attended GQ Men of the Year in London last month. It followed the 24-year-old's inclusion on Forbes' 30 under 30 list, which honors young entrepreneurs.
