The Best Women's Golf Amateur Is 1-for-1 as a Pro, and the Sky Appears the Limit

Rose Zhang continued breaking records in her LPGA debut.

One week after winning an unprecedented second NCAA championship.

Rose Zhang didn't say "hello, world" at her first press conference as a professional this week.

In contrast to another well-known Stanford golfer.

She didn't have to because she had just won her second NCAA championship, capping.

Off arguably the greatest amateur career in the annals of women's golf.

And unlike Tiger Woods, Zhang didn't tie for 60th in her first professional outing.

Zhang won the Mizuho Americas Open on Sunday, June 4, 2023, at the Liberty National Golf Course, which is located just outside of New York City.
